Step 1: Steeping Process

Put the green tea leaves inside the steel mesh. Then pour boiling water and close the lid. Make sure the tea is always covered while steeping to let the leaves unfurl properly.

Step 2: Steeping Process

You will see the water stays inside the top con- tainer and doesn't flow down. Allow the tea to steep for a minute. Make sure not to steep the tea for very long, otherwise, it will become too bitter.

Step 3: Steeping Process

Now push the button on the top as shown here. The water will flow down into the main jar and your tea is ready! Repeat the process 5 times.
