Bottom Steel Tray
The enamel-coated Steel tray should be placed at the base. All the fitments need to be placed on this tray before beginning to cooking. This tray has to be filled with 150 ml water to maintain the moisture in the food for better results.

To clean, hand wash all the fitments in warm, soapy water, and then rinse and thoroughly hand dry.
Safety Instructions
1. Whenever the lid is removed, maybe during the cooking time or after cooking, it has to be placed in a vertical position for gradual cooling. If placed horizontally the heat will get trapped inside and may damage the glass.
2. Use silicone or nylon spatula to avoid any damage to the non-stick coating.
3. Use on medium size burner and cook on medium flame. High flame cooking is not recommended.
4. Always pour 150-200 ml water in the base tray to get the best cooking results. -
