- Before cooking, always check the rubber gasket (the ring of rubber that lines the lid of the cooker) to make sure it isn't dried out or cracked. All our pressure cookers come with safety valve and gasket release system for enhanced protection
- Don't overfill the cooker
- Use enough water
- Once food is cooked and it’s time to open the lid, release pressure slowly

- How do you check your pressure cooker?

Place the pressure cooker on the stove and bring the water to a boil over high heat. As the water boils, steam is produced. Lower the burner heat to simmer. The pressure cooker is now cooking under pressure, which is when you start to clock the cooking time.
- What do you do when you Pressure cooker doesn’t whistle?

If your pressure cooker isn't whistling, position the lid and gasket correctly. Clean the pressure valve and lock the lid properly. Tighten loose handles and replace the gasket if worn out. Keep the amount of liquid and food in the cooker to prescribed levels and give it the right amount of heat.

The refund of your security deposit amount will be initiated once your product is returned to our warehouse and successfully undergoes a physical quality check assessment.
Yes! At the end of your rental tenure, you will have the option to buy your rented product at a discounted price. Your purchased product will remain under warranty with us for 1 year from the end of your rental contract.
Simply click on “Initiate Return” from your My Rentals dashboard and fill in the necessary information regarding your pickup location and product packaging. Our team will be in touch with you for quality check images and to co-ordinate the pickup of your rented product from your home.
Your product can be new or refurbished/re-rented. Refurbished products undergo a thorough functionality check and are thoroughly sanitized, ensuring they are in perfect working condition and as good as new.
Your product is under warranty with us during the entirety of your rental tenure. Please write to wonderent@wonderchef.in with any issue you are facing. We will organize a service visit at your location and if the product cannot be serviced, we will process a replacement from our available rental stock.
