Are the handles of the pan detachable?: No. Wonderchef Granite range comes with stud-welded handles, avoiding rivets. Inside wall is seamless without rivets. This prevents accumulation of food residue, keeping it hygienic even after continual usage.
Is the lid of the kadhai made of glass or steel?: Not all our kadhais come with lid, but the ones that have lid have it made of tempered glass. The lid is light weight so it is easy to lift while cooking food.

Is there any special care to be taken while cleaning?: Always cool down cookware to clean, hand wash the cookware in warm, soapy water, and then rinse and thoroughly hand dry. Do not place heated pan directly on any wet surface to avoid thermo-shock and to keep the coating safe.
Can I cook for 5 - 6 people in Granite kadhai?: Yes, Granite kadhai is ideal for stir frying, deep frying, braising, searing and even steaming.
Is the non-stick kadhai heavy in weight?: No. It is light in weight for daily use.
Can I use a non-stick pan in the dishwasher and microwave?: No. Cleaning is very easy. Hand wash the cookware in warm, soapy water & then rinse thoroughly.
What is the warranty period? And what is replaceable in warranty?: 2 years on non-stick cookware for Inner coating. Replaceable warranty is only for Inner Coating.

What happens if my non-stick pan heats up too much?: When pans are overheated, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coating begins to disintegrate. High temperatures will damage the coating and high heat can also cause the release of harmful toxins.
Does it contain aluminium? What grade of aluminium is used?: Yes. We use Virgin Aluminum which is 9 times better conductor of heat, cooks faster, which results in saving time & energy.
Are the handles soft touch?: Yes. Soft touch handles gives you a firm grip even with wet hands.

A Wonderchef account is automatically created for you when you place an order. Please log in to your account using the email ID you registered while making your payment. Navigate to “My Rentals” under “My Account” and open your relevant order by checking your order ID.

The refund of your security deposit amount will be initiated once your product is returned to our warehouse and successfully undergoes a physical quality check assessment.

Yes! At the end of your rental tenure, you will have the option to buy your rented product at a discounted price. Your purchased product will remain under warranty with us for 1 year from the end of your rental contract.

Simply click on “Initiate Return” from your My Rentals dashboard and fill in the necessary information regarding your pickup location and product packaging. Our team will be in touch with you for quality check images and to co-ordinate the pickup of your rented product from your home.

Your product can be new or refurbished/re-rented. Refurbished products undergo a thorough functionality check and are thoroughly sanitized, ensuring they are in perfect working condition and as good as new.

Our customer support team can take up to 48 hours to get back to you.

Your product is under warranty with us during the entirety of your rental tenure. Please write to wonderent@wonderchef.in with any issue you are facing. We will organize a service visit at your location and if the product cannot be serviced, we will process a replacement from our available rental stock.

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, no cancellation charge is applicable.

If you cancel your order once it is shipped but not delivered an 8% cancellation charge is applicable.

If you request an early return during your rental period, your rental charges will be based on the actual months of usage, and the rental rate will be determined by the tenure bracket you fall in. For a detailed breakdown of cancellation charges please refer to our Rental Terms of Use.
