Gently aged by the monsoon winds, these Indian AA specialty Arabica beans are transformed into beautifully aged wonders when exposed to coastal climate and monsoon winds and display unique flavors. Using a process that's inspired from the extensive sea voyages of Indian coffee in the hulls of ships, from the coast of Malabar to Britain, makes them one of the most unique coffees in the world.
